X-Site
This design-your-own website tool has been a hobby on and off over the past few years. The project centers around a configurable template with numerous display options and settings, and an interface for users to edit the content of their pages without having to know HTML. There is also a user poll, discussion forums and administrative back end. Unfortunately this project always has to take a back seat to my regular paying jobs.

Innovative Air Quality
Air Quality Monitoring System consists of a fanless linux computer connected to an Advantech data acquisition unit. The system is capable of monitoring 64 or more sensors which can detect anything from particle concentrations in the air to water pressure. A Perl script polls and records the readings at periodic intervals and sends the data in batches to an offsite database for processing. A ColdFusion web interface is used to configure and monitor the system.

The Coding Source
An L.A. health care company saw the need to web-enable their patient visit auditing processes. Phil designed and built the relational database and web portion of this system including coder, scheduler, manager, and administrative portholes, calendar and scheduling modules, notification mechanism, and reporting interface.

1-Pay
This is the Asian presence for NETELLER, a major online money transfer service. Phil was one of the core team of original developers for this project, although it is now maintained 100% by its staff in Hong Kong.
